FreeFilter
FreeFilter was an open source attempt at replicating a MetaFilter style site. It was quite successful and about twenty sites (that I know of) ended up using it. It has not been actively supported for a couple of years, however, and is now deprecated in favor of my new system called Snippets, which provides similar functionality.
