DevNetStore is a budding e-commerce open source application in planning. It's being built on top of the Zend Framework under the GPL License and we're currently working on gathering requirements (which is also why we'll soon have an Agile User-Story Manager built on the ZF too - since there's not much out there in open source XP PM since XPSwiki went AWOL).
